This no change incentive can be offered due to
the reduced overhead required in design,
engineering and order processing.
The following models, in a variety of sizes and
designs, qualify for this program (models are
available in multiple sizes).

To qualify for this 15%-20% savings and the
quicker turnaround on the plans and/or materials,
the following rules apply:
- The structural package must be
taken in full
- The specialty and common
materials as priced are optional
- The traditional 6x12 or the
Timberwright 6x14 systems only
- European dovetails
- Hand hewing inside and out
- Through bolts as per plan
- Fireplace as per plan
- Revised 6x12 log stack with
8'10" first floor ceiling height
- Kolbe & Kolbe Sundance
window/door openings as per plan
- Gable and shed dormers and
covered porches sized as per plan
- (40)psf live load 2nd floor,
(30)psf live load on the roof and
(110)mph wind load standard
* Note: We are limiting production of these
types of homes at the above discounted pricing
to (4) units per month. After the 25% deposit is
received the plans will be generated. A second
payment of 25% upon blueprint approval will lock
in a delivery date and send the package into
production. Design services will provide (6)
sets of plans, additional sets are available for
$25.00 each. The plans are drawn with standard
finishing materials. No revisions are allowed.
These plans may not completely or accurately
represent the specifications you approved in the
detail proposal and will be stamped accordingly.
The FasTrack program is not without options. The
home you choose can be built using either the
Traditional 6x12 Log System or the Timberwright
6x14 Log System.
