If you have a fairly good idea of what you want and are interested in our custom design service, we can help. Many of the homes and remodeling projects built by Mountain Construction Enterprises, Inc. were designed by Mark Kirkpatrick, along with the client. Often our clients come with their own preliminary plans and detail ideas.

Though we have interfaced with our clients in the design process for many of our projects, we have also worked with many architects. In the custom building arena, we do recommend that clients have design work done primarily by an architect. If you wish to work with an architect, please contact us for references.

If you already have an architect and plans, we will be glad to meet with you both to determine if we are a good fit to build your mountain or foothills home.

We can provide you with breathtaking Log and Timber Frame home plans from our collection, or even working with your designer’s conventional home plan. Any plan can be modified to suit your needs and create the home you have always dreamed of. One example of this process is shown below. The options are only limited by your imagination. We often work with clients who bring their own "site specific" sketch or idea.
