Mountain Construction Enterprises, Inc. has been owned and operated by Mark Kirkpatrick since 1982. The creative and organic use of materials by our highly skilled and trained craftsmen gives our work a unique quality and appearance that embodies the essence of nature.

Although we function in a niche market involving a good deal of timber work, we also build conventional custom homes. Thirty to forty percent of our work is adding to and remodeling existing homes. We primarily provide general contracting services from Blowing Rock to Linville, North Carolina. We have also built and remodeled homes in Ashe, Caldwell, Avery and Burke counties. We have built homes near and on Lake James in Morganton, North Carolina.

We leave no stone unturned to offer the best for the most reasonable price. A quality end product is our ultimate goal.
