Bethel Community

CONCEPT: Create a home that looks like it was built in 1780 and was adapted as the family grew and prospered. This home features a combination of logs, timber framing and conventional home framing.

   Skilled carpenters are building this round-log detail for the portico at the front entry of the home.
Blowing Rock
This timber-frame/SIP hybrid is nearing completion.   The exterior uses a combination of poplar bark and feather-edge pine siding.

We are transforming this Valle Crucis farm with a log, timber frame and conventional frame hybrid home.

We will gladly work as timber frame and log subcontractor with other general contractors. We include full shop drawings (or blueprints based upon preliminary design plans, if required) and have a review "mark-up" process prior to final prints. We also include full erection services, set on your foundation and subfloor (including crane costs).

Currently we have 5 homes under contract: 3 for 2006-2007 and 2 for 2007. The homes range
in size from 3700 square feet to 8000 square feet. Two homes are log and timber frame and
stick frame combinations, two are timber frame and one is a custom conventionally framed home.
We also have several custom remodeling and addition projects in Blowing Rock.

We have in the works, with Hearthstone, a timber frame pavilion
and several custom log homes from Virginia to Mississippi.
