  • ADDITION: We have recently finished a DREAM KITCHEN - addition for some clients in Blowing Rock. There was a stone arch over a Viking Range inset with tile, a fireplace on the opposite wall with stone to match the stone arch over the range, a sub zero fridge and many other custom features that made an existing home work to fulfill the dreams of the owners.
  • REMODELING/STRUCTURAL WORK: We are working on a fascinating cliff side home that is in the Blowing Rock Historic District area. The home was about to fall off the mountain! We have done extensive structural work; working with an engineer and the local building inspector, we have changed the home, added a new kitchen, insulated the roof, made a very dangerous porch safe (there is a seventy foot drop to the ground below off of the porch).
  • AN ENGLISH MANOR HOME: We are beginning the drive through a rough mountain site and across a beautiful stream on to a forty acre estate tract for a project still in the design stages. The home is to be an English manor style home with a three bay garage with living quarters above, a possible guest house, a large stone patio and other features. We are working with our client and a local architect in making every effort to capture the vision of a timeless project that will blend with the mountains now and long into the future.
  • We are completing a 13,000 plus square foot custom hand crafted, Swedish coped 17" Round Log home with 26 corners, 7 fireplaces and 3500 square feet of decks.  This majestic home is located on an estate tract bordering the Pisgah National Forest in Caldwell County.
